Multisensor IoT LoRaWAN™/Sigfox and GSM with CE certification for remote monitoring of different processes
The Datalog X-PRO multisensor wireless Internet of Things (IoT) device is designed for remote monitoring of multiple processes with high security and precision requirements, such as precision agriculture, early warning systems, weather stations, volume monitoring of both solids and liquids in silos, industrial processes monitoring, security surveillance in private spaces, water quality monitoring in water treatment plants, among others.
In support of your automation needs, the Datalog X-PRO is equipped to receive up to three (3) sensors of multiple types, which are automatically detected by the equipment at the moment of connection without requiring additional programming or configuration by the user. The system is delivered with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the necessary accessories to mount the Main Unit box, its AC/DC adapter and a wireless communication module. Remote data transmission can be performed using different wireless technologies.
It is possible to make on-site configurations using a magnetic system, such as settings on the communications module and the RF zone, as well as to force the device to send data, turn it on/off and restart it. At the same time, remote configuration of the device’s own parameters, such as alarm levels and activation time, data publication time, among others, is supported. This can be done through the use of a remote configuration platform.
For this purpose, customers are optionally offered a license for the use of a remote monitoring and configuration platform for the device, supported by the manufacturer. Such platform allows the display of real-time dashboards with the variables of interest, presents alarms with visual indications, sends external warning messages via email, SMS, and Telegram messages or via Webhooks, maintains data logs for up to two years, and tracks corrective actions and comments made when alarms have occurred. The use of other user-preferred monitoring platforms is also supported.
The Datalog X-PRO is designed to be easily implemented and to monitor and deliver data on the evolution of the processes in which it is integrated. To this end, it has a number of relevant features, which include:
- Communication port, where a dual communication module with protocols for LoRaWAN™/Sigfox for the USA/EU/Latam/Australia zones, or a GSM wireless transmission module can be installed.
- Ports for three (3) sensors.
- More than 25 integrated sensors for monitoring different processes.
- Auto-detection of sensors when connected to the device.
- Solar panel (optional).
- Rechargeable Li-Ion battery.
- Possibility of membership for the use of a platform for remote monitoring and configuration, supported by the manufacturer. Integration to web platform for remote monitoring via PC, Tablet or Smartphone, historical data logs and sending external alarms via email, SMS, voicemail, Telegram and Webhooks.
- In LoRaWAN™ mode temporary offline storage of up to 140 messages, in case of network connection failure.
- Remote parameter configuration.
- The Main Unit enclosure is a standard ABS plastic enclosure with IP67 protection, with brackets for pole mounting, or covered perforations for wall mounting.
